About Us
Command Football Academy was founded by Coach Jay Glaspy, a retired U.S. Army Special Forces combat Veteran, youth football coach, and NASM-certified personal trainer committed to developing high-performing athletes.
With more than 25 years of leadership and coaching experience in various industries, Coach Glaspy effectively combines a deep understanding of mental performance, youth athletic development, and position-specific football training. Academically, he holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, bringing a holistic approach to athletic performance and personal growth.
At Command Football Academy, we coach youth and high school football players to perform with purpose, master the basics, and compete with confidence—developing skills that elevate performance both on the field and in everyday life.

Who We Serve
Command Football Academy trains football players and youth and high school athletes from Lightridge and John Champe High School (Aldie), Independence High School (Ashburn), Freedom High School (Chantilly), Battlefield High School (Haymarket), Gainesville High School, Westfield High School (Chantilly), Centreville High School, Patriot High School (Bristow), and local schools in the Northern Virginia areas.
Rates

One-on-One Sessions: $75 per hour

Semi-Private (up to 4): $50 per hour

Sibling Discount: $40 per hour

Our Approach
We specialize in one-on-one and small group coaching sessions for skill position players specifically wide-receivers, running backs, linebackers, and defensive backs. Our tailored approach ensures maximum reps, detailed feedback, and real-game application, helping players improve on field performance at youth and high school levels.
